Shipping & Delivery
Orders may take up to 7-10 business days to ship. In the case of special order or backordered items, we will contact you to notify if the estimated ship date will exceed this estimate. Special order items typically take 2-3 weeks before shipment, depending on the manufacturing process. Some products may require additional shipping charges in some circumstances, such as freight delivery, oversized packages and international shipments. In these cases, we will notify you with the amount and if you would like to proceed with the order, make other arrangements or cancel.

Corvette Specialty collects information to monitor traffic patterns and site usage to help us improve the design and effectiveness of our site. We may provide statistical information about our customers to reputable third party vendors for email marketing, and/or other advertising purposes to provide our customers with the most relevant information possible. This data does not contain any identifying personal information about our customers.
Returns & Replacements
You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order if an item needs to be returned. Items damaged during shipping will be exchanged for same item only. Restocking fees may apply in the event of incorrectly ordered or unwanted items. We will not accept returns on any installed/used items. In the event an installed part is defunct, please contact us and we will assist you in setting up a replacement from the manufacturer. We ask that you ship the returned products to us safely and securely, as products damaged in shipping will delay processing. Returns delivered to Corvette Specialty as COD will be refused and returned at shippers expense.
Damaged or Missing Products
Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect all received items carefully. Please report any missing/damaged items within 5 business days of receiving your order to ensure prompt replacement. Do not attempt to use or install damaged items, as we will not accept any items that have been installed.
Product Availability, Product Images
Generally, products are readily available and an order can ship within 7-10 business days. Occasionally we may need to order parts in from our distributors to complete your order. If we are notified by the distributor that your product is on backorder or has been discontinued, we will contact you immediately. Because we may not know until after your order is placed, Corvette Specialty does not guaranty all products are readily available. Photos and Graphics Images displayed of parts/items listed may not always exactly represent the item. Some images are used for general reference only. Please contact us if you have a question about a particular image found on our website before making your purchase.
Core Charges
Core Charges on rebuilt items will be returned to the customer, providing that their original core is sent to Corvette Specialty and in rebuildable condition. Customer is liable for shipping the core to Corvette Specialty, and should package the core carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. Cores returned in sub-par condition may result in a diminished refund or denied at the sole discretion of Corvette Specialty. You will be notified after inspection of the returned core. If the core clears inspection, the core charge will be refunded to the customer. If it is decided that the core can only be accepted for a partial refund, the customer has the right to decide whether to agree to the partial refund or refuse. If the refund is refused, or the core is denied completely, the core will be returned to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Without exception, products that have been used or installed will not be accepted for returns. Also, any custom made products will not be accepted for return, regardless if product is used or not. Books, manuals, diagrams and CD-Roms can not be returned once opened. We can only accept printed materials and software if they are still sealed. No returns on electrical products, computer chips, scanners, all Electronic devices cannot be returned.
Ordering
In addition to ordering online, you may phone in your order by calling 951-272-8648. To cancel an order, please notify us by phone within 24 hours after placing the order, or the following business day if the order is placed during the weekend or a holiday. Exceptions may apply however, orders cancelled after the 24 hour period may incur cancellation fees. Special orders may not be canceled after the initial 24 hour period.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is due at time of placing the order. We accept most major credit cards. Pricing is subject to change without notice, based on availability. We do our best to ensure our prices are accurate with the current market, if we find an ordered item has changed in price, we will notify you with the details. The merchandise and prices available on our website do not reflect the merchandise and prices available in our store. Our store will not match prices with our online store.
Viewing Orders
For our registered customers, you may view your order progress online. Simply log into your account and view your account dashboard for an order summary. For guests and phone orders, please call for updated order information.
Limited Warranty
Corvette Specialty of California warrants all parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of at least 90 days from the date of purchase. Most products have a one year warranty from the manufacturer but in some cases could be as short as 90 days.

Corvette Specialty of California does not warrant or make any representations concerning its products when not installed or used properly in accordance to the manufacturer’s instructions and maintenance practices. Corvette Specialty will not be liable for any labor charges or other intangible or consequential losses that may be claimed as the result of any failure of any part. Nor will Corvette Specialty be liable for any damages or injury to any persons or property resulting from the misuse or improper installation of such part.

Corvette Specialty of California reserves the right to examine all parts returned for warranty claim to determine whether or not any such part has failed due to a defect in workmanship or material. Corvette Specialty limits its obligation under this warranty to repair, replace or credit at its option any part to be found defective. The customer under this warranty must prepay transportation charges on the return of such part. There are no other warranties, either express or implied, which extend beyond those set forth in the preceding paragraphs.
